Bikini Bar is a private, appointment-based studio offering Brazilian waxing, intimate skin care, hyperpigmentation correction, and stretch-mark revision. To maintain a safe and respectful environment for all clients:

 • We operate by appointment only.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates studio policies or behaves disrespectfully.
• All clients must be 18 years or older for intimate services.
• For safety, no additional guests or children are allowed in the treatment room.

 

2. Booking & Deposits

To secure your appointment:

• A non-refundable deposit may be required at booking.
• Deposits are applied toward your service total at checkout.
• Failure to show up, arriving too late to be serviced, or canceling outside the allowed window results in forfeiture of your deposit.

Booking an appointment confirms your agreement to these terms.

 

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To respect the schedules of all clients:

 • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.
• No-shows will be charged up to 100% of the service.

Excessive last-minute changes may result in restricted booking access.

 

4. Late Arrival Policy

To ensure proper sanitation and timing:

• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
• Late arrivals may still be charged the full service fee, even if the service cannot be performed.

 

5. Refunds & Returns

Services

 • All service sales are final.
• No refunds are issued for waxing, hyperpigmentation treatments, or stretch-mark revision once the service is performed.
• Results vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare. No guaranteed outcomes are promised.

Products

 • Unopened products may be returned within 7 days.
• Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

 

6. Aftercare & Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for following all post-treatment instructions provided by the Brazilianologist™.

Failure to follow aftercare may affect results. Bikini Bar is not responsible for complications that arise due to improper aftercare, lifestyle factors, or undisclosed medical conditions.

 

7. Contraindications & Health Disclosure

To provide safe and effective treatment, you agree to:

 • Disclose all relevant medical conditions
• Notify us of allergies, skin sensitivities, medications, or recent cosmetic procedures
• Refrain from waxing if using retinoids, antibiotics, or topical prescriptions that affect the skin

Bikini Bar is not liable for reactions caused by undisclosed health information.

Memberships at Bikini Bar:

• Renew automatically each billing cycle
• Are non-refundable once the cycle begins

• Cannot be transferred to other clients

Skipping or missing services does not roll over unless explicitly stated in your membership plan.
